How often are rents processed and arrears followed up?

We process rental payments daily on business days. If a tenant falls behind, we promptly follow up via SMS, email, and phone to keep everything on track.

How often are routine inspections carried out?

Routine inspections are completed 3 months after a tenant moves in, then every 6 months ongoing. A detailed report with photos and notes is sent to you after each inspection.

Can I attend a routine inspection?

Yes, you’re welcome to join. Just let your property manager know in advance and we’ll send you an invitation for the scheduled inspection.

What qualifies as an urgent repair?

How often can rent be increased?

According to current legislation, rent can be increased once every 12 months, or at the start of a new tenancy.

How long will it take to lease my property?

Typically, properties are leased within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on market conditions. We begin advertising as soon as a 28-day notice to vacate is received, ensuring a new tenant is secured as close as possible to the availability date.

Can you help with renovations or property upgrades?

Yes. We can coordinate updates and improvements in consultation with you. A well-presented property helps maximise rental income and attracts quality tenants who are more likely to care for the home.
